09 March 2016
Written by: CHRIS ULLMAN
Another good Sunday''s work for East Cornwall Harriers at Bideford Half Marathon today. 9 Harriers made the trip and the results are in club order : 1.David Robinson 1.21.58 3rd male v40. 2. Ian Littlewood 1.25 40. PB for distance 3. Dave Philp 1.28.15 PB 4. Chris Ullman 1.31.44. These first 4 runners were 3 rd male team - a brilliant performance in such a large field. 5. Glenn Wood 1.39.30 Must be a PB. 6. Ben Harding 1.39.50 Another PB 7. Sharon Daw 1.40.29 4th F V50 8. Mark Andrews 1.40.17 3rd M V55 9. Rob Pick 1.44.20. * times have been adjusted to Chip Times Only 49 seconds covered Glenn,Ben, Sharon & Mark & Rob very close only 4 mins behind. Great to see such consistent running from all the club members who are rightfully pleased with their performances & so good to see so many PB''s. Meanwhile out in Grand Canaria Di Roy with Pat Munn completed the 125 km Trans Gran Canaria event which involved a mind blowing 8000 metres of climb so well done to both of them.
