East Cornwall Harriers Juniors Page
Are you aged between 7 and 16 years? Then come and join East Cornwall Harriers Junior running club.

We offer all year round coached sessions with fully qualified England Athletic Coaches and Leaders, and we train whatever the weather!!

All abilites are welcome.

Please Note: We do not recommend children participating in the club if they are younger than 8 years old/Primary School Year 3, but as soon as they reach this age then they are welcome to join us.

Monday Running Club - Year 3 to Year 6 (Minimum Age 7)

During the term time we offer training on a Monday night between 4 - 5pm. We meet at the Cricket Club, Liskeard Social Club, Lux Park. We cater for all abilites with fun fully coached sessions.

Monday sessions are term time only.

  • Summer Months - Running/Athletics Training
  • Winter Months - Endurance/XC Training

Tuesday Running Club - Year 7 Plus (Secondary School - Minimum Age 11)

As well as our Monday club we also offer an all year round training with the adults on Tuesday nights. This session is suitable for older more serious juniors of secondary school age (year 7, aged 11 plus).

Tuesday night session are from Liskeard Sports Club, Lux Park, 6.30 - 7.30pm.

  • Summer Sessions
During the summer the juniors join the adult sessions which are held on Liskeard school track and offer a variety of speed, endurance and strengthing sessions.

  • Winter Sessions (October to April)
During the winter the juniors are taken to quiet, fully risk assessed locations around Liskeard led by qualified coaches and leaders.
