Training Schedule
Scroll down to view this months East Cornwall Harriers training schedule. All of our sessions are fully coached and most start at Lux Park Leisure centre, but always check the schedule as we do start from other locations at least once a month.

Thursday training groups are now run on pace, we have 4 groups offering a variety of distances and speeds so that we can offer something for all. The coaches that lead these groups will run to the set pace so even if they normally run faster do not be put offer, they will be running the group to the set pace of that group.

  • Pace Group - Sub 8 Minute Miling
  • Intermediate Group - 8 to 9 Minute Miling
  • Social Group - 9 plus Minute Miling
