Training Schedule
Scroll down to view this months East Cornwall Harriers training schedule. All of our sessions are fully coached and most start at Lux Park Leisure centre, but always check the schedule as we do start from other locations at least once a month.

Thursday training groups are now run in two groups, an 8 mile and a 5 mile group. The coaches that lead these groups will run to the pace of the group, if they normally run faster do not be put offer, everyone is welcome.
